K.A.S.I.H Project

K.A.S.I.H. Mobile Healthcare Services is an Entry Point Project NTP(National Transformation Programme), owned and operated by Love On Wheels Healthcare Services Sdn Bhd (LOWHS) providing nursing and rehabilitation services, ie. physiotherapy and occupational therapy at the patient’s doorstep (home or wherever the patient is).
K.A.S.I.H (Kasih Atas Sumbangan Ikhlas dan Hemat / premised on the Appreciation for the Loyalty and Commitment of Service of our Senior Citizens) is a pioneering and innovative effort by LOWHS in revolutionising healthcare.

Mobile healthcare is a new growth area in the healthcare industry, aligned to the NTP(National Transformation Programme) roadmap.

Mobile healthcare services will play an integral part in the national healthcare system by delivering services to the homes/offices at the convenience of the Rakyat, another initiative which highlights the government commitment to its key priorities of People First, Performance Now.


LOWHS’ Founder and CEO Mr K. Mohan Kumar said that Love On Wheels will be able to reach out to many people especially seniors with limited mobility who require continuity of care. This complements the existing healthcare providers, be it institutions or primary care providers, public and private in providing the avenue for after care.

LOWHS’ service helps to minimise disruptions to the patient’s care, reduce the burden of family members and alleviate anxiety of both patient and family, focusing on best recovery potential of the patient.”


Focused on bridging the gap in the continuum of care, LOWHS aims to offer services to the 2.5millon Rakyat, above the age of the 60 including pensioners. An increase in the ageing population is imminent and the introduction of digitised mobile healthcare services will transform the challenge of managing an ageing society into an opportunity to improve their wellbeing and stimulate growth in Malaysia’s burgeoning economy.

LOWHS as a digitised mobile healthcare service provider, will be creating fundamental changes on a nation wide basis to deliver healthcare services. With a 5 year track record LOWHS is a leader in the mobile healthcare space, leveraging on technology in the provision of continuous, accessible nursing and rehabilitation services provided by certified and qualified healthcare professionals.
